Your mission & impact

As an AI Assisted Developer (8+ years of experience) , you will play a key role in the design, development, and implementation of AI-powered applications and development tools . You will combine strong full-stack engineering skills with expertise in AI agents, Azure AI Foundry, LLMs, and cloud technologies to build production-ready solutions and establish best practices for AI-assisted software development.

What we’re looking for

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering and full-stack development.
• Proven experience building production-grade applications .
• Hands-on experience using AI coding tools in real-world projects.
• Strong full-stack development skills, particularly React/Next.js and Node.js .
• Hands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry , including agent orchestration, model deployment, and evaluation.
• Experience with Azure App Service and Azure AD .
• Understanding of MLOps fundamentals , including model versioning, CI/CD, and monitoring.
• Experience with LLM-based QA and evaluation pipelines .
• Strong knowledge of prompt engineering, LLM limitations, validation, and code review practices .
• Experience with Jira and Confluence .
• Professional level of English , with the ability to collaborate within international teams.

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain AI-powered internal tools across frontend, backend, and AI agent workflows.
• Develop and maintain AI agent orchestration, prompt logic, and model integration pipelines using Azure AI Foundry.
• Build and maintain backend services and data infrastructure, including Node.js and PostgreSQL .
• Develop scalable solutions using Azure cloud services , including Azure App Service.
• Integrate AI into the software development lifecycle across IDEs, CI/CD pipelines, and code reviews .
• Build internal tooling and wrappers to standardize AI usage, enforce guardrails, and capture development metrics .
• Establish best practices to prevent AI-related development risks such as inconsistent architectures, duplicated code, technical debt, and over-reliance on generated code .
• Build QA automation and LLM-based evaluation pipelines to test the quality and reliability of generative AI outputs.
• Implement and maintain the AI development lifecycle , including agent/model evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
• Support identity, access, and security implementation for AI tools, including Azure AD and SSO.
• Identify and proactively address technical risks related to model drift, latency, token consumption, cost, scalability, and data quality .
• Produce technical documentation, architecture guidelines, setup guides, and runbooks.
