AI-Assisted Software Engineer / Full Stack Developer – Claude Code

About the role

We are seeking a Software Engineer / Full Stack Developer experienced with Claude Code and AI coding tools in software development processes. This position is suited for developers who can not only use AI to generate code, but also understand requirement analysis, application architecture design, reading existing codebases, debugging, refactoring, API integration, database work, testing, and deployment. We are looking for candidates who can use Claude Code as an engineering productivity tool, not merely for prompting.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain end-to-end web applications
• Use Claude Code to assist in development, debugging, refactoring, and code analysis processes
• Analyze requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Understand and explore existing codebases using AI-assisted development workflows
• Develop frontend, backend, API, and database integrations
• Create and integrate REST API / third-party API
• Troubleshoot and debug applications
• Perform code reviews on code generated both manually and with AI assistance
• Maintain code quality, readability, security, and maintainability
• Collaborate with Project Manager, UI/UX, and engineering teams on project delivery

About you

• Experience as a Software Engineer, Full Stack Developer, Backend Developer, or similar position
• Understanding and prior use of Claude Code in software development workflows
• Understanding of terminal / CLI for development
• Proficiency in at least one modern language or framework such as: JavaScript / TypeScript, Node.js, React / Next.js, Python, PHP / Laravel, or other relevant technologies
• Understanding of databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or similar
• Understanding of REST API and system integration
• Familiarity with Git / GitHub / GitLab
• Ability to read, understand, and modify existing codebases
• Strong problem solving and debugging capabilities
• Not entirely dependent on AI-generated code and able to validate code produced by AI
