AI Automation & Creative Executive

We are currently assisting our client, an online / e-commerce business, to recruit an AI Automation & Creative Executive.

We are looking for a hands-on and tech-savvy individual who is passionate about AI, automation and digital tools. This role focuses on using AI to automate repetitive operational tasks, improve business efficiency and support creative content production.

Key ResponsibilitiesAI Chatbot & Operations Automation

• Build, train and optimize AI chatbots for customer service, sales and internal operations.
• Automate repetitive e-commerce tasks such as order processing, customer service replies, product updates and reporting.
• Identify manual workflows that can be improved through AI and automation.
• Create SOPs for AI + human workflows to improve efficiency.
• Test, troubleshoot and continuously improve existing automation processes.

AI Creative

• Generate AI images, videos and creative materials for marketing and e-commerce listings.
• Support the team in creating AI-generated content for advertisements and social media.
• Explore and apply new AI tools that can improve productivity and creative output.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, Digital Media, E-Commerce, Marketing, Multimedia or related field.
• Hands-on experience with chatbot builders.
• Familiar with digital and e-commerce operations.
• Practical knowledge of AI tools such as Custom GPTs, Gemini, Claude or similar tools.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering.
• Basic API / system integration knowledge is an added advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new technologies.
• Able to work independently and turn ideas into practical solutions.

Fresh graduates with strong hands-on AI projects or portfolios are encouraged to apply.

Candidates with experience in AI automation, chatbot development or AI creative projects are encouraged to share their portfolio, project samples or demos during application.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Batu Caves: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
