AI Automation & Growth Engineer

W Executive Suites is looking for a hands-on AI Automation & Growth Engineer to help us automate and improve our executive-suite business.

We operate approximately 185 private offices in Warner Center, along with meeting rooms, virtual offices, podcast facilities and other business services.

We are looking for someone who can use AI, automation, APIs, software integrations and data to help us generate more leads, book more tours, increase occupancy and reduce repetitive work for our staff.

This is not a traditional IT position and not simply a marketing position.

We want someone who can identify a business problem and then actually build the solution.

What You Will Work On

Our main customer journey is:

Lead → Qualification → Tour → Follow-Up → Lease → Member → Renewal

You will help us improve and automate this process.

Responsibilities may include:

• Automating incoming leads from our website, Google and other marketing sources
• Building instant email and SMS responses for new prospects
• Automating lead qualification and follow-up
• Improving online tour scheduling and reminders
• Building AI-assisted sales and customer-service workflows
• Integrating our CRM, website and business software
• Tracking leads from marketing source through signed lease
• Creating dashboards for leads, tours, leases, occupancy and revenue
• Automating follow-up after office tours
• Identifying prospects who are not converting and why
• Automating member communication and renewal workflows
• Improving website and landing-page conversion
• Building AI assistants for staff and customers
• Automating weekly management reports
• Identifying repetitive staff tasks that can be automated

Technical Skills

Experience with several of the following is preferred:

• OpenAI, Claude, Gemini or other LLM platforms
• AI agents and AI workflows
• n8n, Make, Zapier or similar automation platforms
• APIs and webhooks
• Python and/or JavaScript
• CRM integrations
• SMS and email automation
• Google Analytics / GA4
• Google Ads integrations
• Databases and dashboards
• Website and landing-page optimization

Experience with coworking, executive suites, commercial real estate, CRM systems or booking platforms is a plus.

First 90 Days

During your first 90 days, we expect you to:

• Understand our current systems and workflows
• Identify the highest-value automation opportunities
• Prioritize approximately 10 potential improvements
• Build and launch several meaningful automations
• Improve lead tracking and follow-up
• Create better visibility into our sales funnel
• Demonstrate measurable business results

Pay: $88,388.31 - $106,446.14 per year
