AI Automation Engineer

In this position you will

design and build automations that connect client systems, SaaS tools and AI components;

build integrations through APIs, webhooks and workflow tools;

implement AI voicebots, document reading and automated quoting in real business processes;

test, monitor and maintain automations after go-live;

work with our analysts to turn a process review into a working solution;

document solutions so that clients can meet GDPR and EU AI Act requirements.

We require

at least 2 years of commercial experience in backend development or system integration;

good knowledge of Python or JavaScript/TypeScript;

experience with REST APIs, webhooks and databases;

hands-on experience with LLM APIs or AI services in at least one project;

care for code quality, testing and monitoring;

very good English (B2+);

hybrid work from our office in Lublin (remote work possible).

Also appreciated

experience with workflow automation tools;

experience with voicebots or telephony integrations;

knowledge of cloud services (AWS).
