About the Role

We are looking for a curious and technically driven AI Automation Engineer interested in building intelligent workflows, integrating AI models, and automating repetitive business processes using both coding and no-code/low-code tools.

The ideal candidate should be eager to experiment with AI technologies, connect APIs, build practical automations, and turn business requirements into working solutions.

Fresh graduates with relevant projects, strong technical fundamentals, or hands-on experience with automation tools are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and maintain AI-powered automation workflows.
• Develop automations using tools such as n8n, Make, and GHL.
• Integrate AI models and LLM APIs into business applications and workflows.
• Build AI chatbots, assistants, and automated customer-support solutions.
• Connect third-party applications using REST APIs, webhooks, and authentication mechanisms.
• Use Python or JavaScript to build custom automation logic when required.
• Work with structured data, databases, and external services.
• Explore AI agents, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and workflow orchestration.
• Monitor automation performance, troubleshoot errors, and improve reliability.
• Document workflows and collaborate with the team to identify automation opportunities.

Required Skills

• Basic programming knowledge in Python or JavaScript.
• Understanding of APIs, JSON, webhooks, and HTTP requests.
• Familiarity with at least one automation platform, such as n8n, Make, or Zapier.
• Basic understanding of AI models, LLMs, and prompt engineering.
• Ability to connect applications and automate multi-step workflows.
• Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and willingness to experiment.

Nice to Have: Experience with OpenAI or other LLM APIs, LangChain, LangGraph, RAG pipelines, vector databases, AI agents, CRM automation, and database integrations.
