AI Automation Engineer responsible for designing and delivering AI powered automation solutions to enhance business workflows operational efficiency and productivity for Store Agents through seamless integration with enterprise systems

Job Description

• Own the design and delivery of AI powered automation capabilities.
• Enable Store Agents to efficiently execute business workflows.
• Automate operational processes to improve productivity.
• Seamlessly integrate automation solutions with enterprise systems and operational platforms.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to understand automation needs and implement effective solutions.
• Continuously evaluate and improve automation tools and processes to drive measurable productivity improvements
• Roles and Responsibilities
• Develop and implement AI based automation strategies to support business operations.
• Design scalable and maintainable automation workflows tailored to Store Agent requirements.
• Work closely with IT and business stakeholders to integrate automation with existing enterprise systems.
• Monitor and troubleshoot automation processes to ensure reliability and optimal performance.
• Analyze operational data to identify opportunities for further automation and efficiency gains.
• Stay updated with the latest AI and automation technologies to recommend innovative solutions.
• Provide training and support to end-users to maximize adoption and effective use of automation tools

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance and internal equity.

Compensation range: $120,000.00 to $125,000.00 per year
