AI Automation Engineer (Python, Agentic AI Generative AI)

• Our client is building next-generation AI-native Finance platforms leveraging Generative AI and Agentic AI to autonomously execute, optimize, and augment enterprise finance operations.
• This role will directly contribute to developing production-grade AI agents, intelligent automation systems, and enterprise-scale financial AI platforms.

Role

• Mission Design and deploy enterprise-grade Agentic AI systems and Python automation platforms capable of autonomously executing finance workflows, supporting decision-making, and transforming manual operations into intelligent, self-optimizing systems.
• Core Technical Requirements (Mandatory)

Engineering Foundation:

• Strong Python software engineering experience
• Experience building and deploying production applications
• REST API development (FastAPI / Flask preferred)
• Strong SQL and database experience
• Experience building scalable ETL/data pipelines
• Exposure to distributed systems Generative AI

Agentic AI (Hands-on Mandatory):

• Strong experience implementing RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation)
• Hands-on experience with OpenAI APIs / Azure OpenAI

Experience with at least one framework:

• LangChain / LangGraph / LlamaIndex / CrewAI / AutoGen
• Experience with vector databases (Pinecone / FAISS / Weaviate / Chroma)
• Experience building autonomous or multi-agent AI systems
• Prompt engineering and LLM optimization Enterprise

Integration Experience:

• Enterprise system integration (ERP/SAP preferred)
• Secure AI implementation practices
• Production AI deployment experience
• Monitoring and observability understanding Preferred Experience:
• Finance automation (AP/AR, reconciliation, reporting workflows)
• ERP finance modules exposure
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders
