• 18+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, with a strong focus on ML and Gen AI technologies.
• Proven track record of process knowledge, designing scalable AI solutions in large-scale environments.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to build business cases ROI-driven proposals.
• Hands-on experience with ERP integrations and enterprise automation tools.
• Familiarity with platforms like Salesforce, ServiceNow, and other industry-standard tools.
• Proven experience in automation for FA, Supply Chain, customer operations by leveraging multiple technology components including AI/ML, Gen AI Agentic AI.
• Expertise in Gen AI Agentic AI technologies, including frameworks like Lang chain, Lang graph, semantic kernel and other LLM based services including OpenAI.
• Proven implementation experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, GCP with a focus on AI services.
• Strong problem-solving, strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and make data-driven decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients and other stakeholders.
• Knowledge of industry best practices for automation and process improvement.
