AI Automation Specialist / IT Support

About the role

The AI Automation Specialist / IT Support is responsible for providing day-to-day technical support to employees and ensuring that computers, internet connectivity, software, and internal systems operate efficiently to support business operations. This role also requires basic to intermediate proficiency in AI tools and automation, assisting in the implementation, maintenance, and support of AI-driven solutions to improve workflow efficiency and productivity. The position plays a key role in maintaining operational continuity, enhancing employee productivity, and supporting digital transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day IT support operations to ensure smooth and uninterrupted business activities
• Perform laptop and computer check-ups, diagnostics, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Resolve internet, network, and Wi-Fi connectivity issues
• Set up, manage, and maintain Google Workspace accounts (Email, Drive, Calendar, etc.)
• Install, configure, update, and maintain software and applications
• Assist in onboarding new hires, including device setup, system access, account provisioning, and initial IT orientation
• Perform regular file backups and provide basic system and data support
• Provide technical support and assistance to approximately 30 employees
• Respond promptly to IT-related concerns and service requests
• Support and maintain AI-powered tools and basic automation workflows used by the organization

About you

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and software
• Familiarity with Google Workspace and cloud-based productivity tools
• Understanding of networking fundamentals and Wi-Fi troubleshooting
• Basic knowledge of, or willingness to learn, AI tools and automation platforms
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage on-site IT and operational support
• Good character and professional behavior in all work-related interactions
