Key Responsibilities

• Learn and use AI tools for business and productivity.
• Assist with AI-powered automation and digital workflows.
• Handle customer/client communication through calls, WhatsApp, email, or online platforms.
• Generate and manage leads through digital channels.
• Follow up with potential clients and maintain lead records.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the team.
• Use automation tools to improve daily business processes.
• Participate in regular training and team meetings.
• Maintain professional communication and timely reporting.

Skills Required

• Basic knowledge of computers and smartphones.
• Good communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of AI tools is an advantage.
• Willingness to learn new technology.
• Good follow-up and interpersonal skills.
