About the Job

Koladin is looking for a hands-on AI Builder to develop tools, automate workflows, and turn data into actionable insights.

This role combines software development and data analysis, with a focus on Claude Code and web scraping . You’ll take ownership of practical projects, from understanding a business need and collecting the relevant data to building, testing, and delivering a working solution.

We’re looking for a creative thinker who enjoys tackling challenging problems, exploring new approaches, and turning ideas into practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scripts, tools, and automations, using Claude Code as part of your development workflow.
• Build web scraping processes to collect and structure data from relevant online sources.
• Clean, validate, and analyze datasets to answer business questions and support decision-making.
• Conduct recurring analyses, presenting findings through clear summaries and visualizations.
• Test, debug, and document code, including reviewing and validating AI-generated code.
• Translate business requirements into practical technical solutions and improve them based on feedback.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience spanning software development and data analysis.
• Hands-on experience with Claude Code for building and debugging working software.
• Creative problem-solving skills , with the ability to think outside the box and develop practical solutions to complex challenges.
• Practical experience with web scraping , including collecting, parsing, and cleaning web data - preferred .

• Proficiency in SQL and strong programming skills, particularly in Python

  preferred .
• Ability to assess data quality, identify patterns, and communicate findings clearly - preferred .
