AI Builder, Finance Transformation

We are looking for a hands-on AI Builder to support and accelerate finance transformation initiatives. The role focuses on identifying high-value AI opportunities, developing and deploying working AI agents, and helping define a roadmap for scaling AI solutions across the finance function.

The ideal candidate combines a strong finance background with practical AI development and data skills and is comfortable collaborating with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders in an international environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and assess AI opportunities across finance processes, including financial close, reporting, FP&A, and controlling.
• Design, build, test, and deploy AI agents using platforms such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, Google solutions, or similar technologies.
• Extract, clean, transform, and structure data from ERP, EPM, and unstructured data sources.
• Develop and execute proof-of-concepts (PoCs) for relevant AI use cases.
• Evaluate PoC results and translate findings into a prioritized AI implementation roadmap.
• Work closely with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders across different countries and cultures.
• Support the scaling and adoption of successful AI solutions across the finance organization.

Required Skills & Experience

• Approximately 4–8 years of relevant professional experience.

• Solid finance background, particularly within Accounting, Controlling, and/or FP&A.

• Proven hands-on experience building AI agents and practical AI solutions, rather than only conceptual or theoretical prototypes.

• Strong experience with data extraction, transformation, and cleansing.

• Experience with relevant technologies such as:

• SQL

• Python

• Power Query

• Google ADK

• GCP BigQuery

• Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Google AI platforms, or similar AI/agent development platforms.

• Experience exploring new projects/use cases and developing implementation roadmaps.

• Fluent English and experience working within international and cross-cultural teams.

• Strong collaboration and stakeholder-management capabilities.
