Its product portfolio includes Purple Fabric AI, an enterprise AI platform designed to help organizations build and adopt AI-powered solutions for business use cases.

Role Overview

We are looking for proactive and results-oriented interns to support the growth and adoption of Purple Fabric AI among small and medium-sized IT services companies in the United States.

The role will focus on executing a pilot campaign targeting companies in Chicago and Dallas, generating interest in Purple Fabric AI, facilitating 90-day product trials, encouraging the development and adoption of AI agents, and supporting the conversion of trial users into paid subscriptions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Market Research and Lead Generation

• Research and identify small and medium-sized IT services companies in the US, with a focus on Chicago and Dallas.
• Build, maintain, and prioritize databases of prospective customers and relevant decision-makers.
• Identify businesses that could benefit from adopting Purple Fabric AI and developing AI-powered solutions.

2. Digital Outreach and Campaign Execution

• Execute targeted outreach campaigns through email, LinkedIn, and other relevant digital channels.
• Introduce Purple Fabric AI to prospective customers and communicate its potential business benefits.
• Generate interest, initiate conversations, and encourage prospects to participate in product awareness sessions and trials.
• Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospects throughout the campaign.

3. Product Awareness and Masterclass Coordination

• Coordinate Purple Fabric AI masterclasses, product demonstrations, and awareness sessions for prospective customers.
• Explain the capabilities and benefits of Purple Fabric AI, including how businesses can leverage AI agents for their own operations and client projects.
• Engage with interested prospects and help them understand the value of adopting the platform.

4. Trial Onboarding and AI Agent Adoption

• Facilitate the onboarding of prospective customers into the 90-day Purple Fabric AI trial program.
• Guide prospects through the initial stages of platform adoption and AI agent development.
• Help prospective customers explore relevant use cases for building AI agents for their businesses and clients.
• Coordinate with internal product and technical teams when additional guidance or support is required.
• Follow up with trial users to encourage continued engagement and successful adoption.

5. Performance Tracking and Subscription Conversion

• Track outreach activities, prospect engagement, masterclass participation, trial activation, and AI agent development.
• Monitor adoption progress and identify opportunities to convert trial users into paid Purple Fabric AI subscribers.
• Maintain accurate campaign trackers and prepare regular progress reports.
• Document campaign outcomes, customer feedback, challenges, and recommendations to support the wider rollout of Purple Fabric AI across the US.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field. Recent graduates may apply.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good research, analytical, and organizational abilities.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, email outreach, digital marketing, or lead generation.
• Basic understanding of AI, Generative AI, SaaS, or technology products, with a willingness to learn about Purple Fabric AI.
• Interest in B2B technology sales, business development, customer acquisition, and AI product adoption.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for maintaining trackers and reporting campaign progress.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple activities, and deliver measurable outcomes.
• A proactive attitude, strong follow-up skills, and a willingness to engage with prospective customers.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous internship or project experience in business development, sales, digital marketing, lead generation, market research, or customer success.
• Exposure to SaaS products, AI platforms, or B2B technology campaigns.
• Familiarity with CRM tools or prospecting platforms.
• An understanding of IT services companies and how AI solutions can create business value.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Performance will be evaluated based on:

• Quality and coverage of the target company database.
• Outreach activity and qualified prospect engagement.
• Masterclass participation and trial activations.
• Trial engagement and AI agent development progress.
• Opportunities for conversion into paid Purple Fabric AI subscriptions.
• Quality of campaign reporting and recommendations for scaling the initiative.

Internship Details

This is a three-month internship based in New Jersey, supporting a pilot campaign targeting IT services companies in Chicago and Dallas. Successful interns may be considered for full-time opportunities based on their performance, demonstrated capabilities, and business requirements.
