AI Business Partner

We are looking for an AI Business Partner who can bridge business needs and technology by identifying opportunities, developing practical AI solutions, and driving digital transformation across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and proactively recommend AI and automation solutions.
• Develop business cases by evaluating potential impact, implementation costs, risks, and technical feasibility.
• Build rapid prototypes or proof of concepts using AI tools, LLMs, and low-code/no-code platforms to validate proposed solutions.
• Lead pilot testing, measure business outcomes, and oversee solution implementation in collaboration with developers and vendors.
• Drive user adoption through training and enablement while ensuring AI solutions comply with company security, data privacy, and governance policies.
• Monitor project progress and report business impact, performance, and recommendations to management.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in IT Business Analyst, Full Stack Engineer, Consulting, Business Operations, or Digital Transformation.
• Strong understanding of business processes and experience developing business cases and evaluating solution feasibility.
• Hands-on experience building prototypes using LLMs, AI coding assistants, or low-code/no-code platforms.
• Ability to assess technical feasibility, data requirements, and system integration needs.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and workshop facilitation skills, with the confidence to challenge requests and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Experience in FMCG, retail, or Food & Beverage industries is an advantage.
• Basic data analytics skills are a plus.
• Willing to work on-site at the Headquarters Office (WU Tower) in Bandung, West Java.
