AI Chatbot & Voice Agent Developer

Job Overview

We are looking for an AI Chatbot & Voice Agent Developer who can create and manage AI-powered chatbots, voice assistants, and customer engagement automation systems.

The ideal candidate should understand how to use AI tools, connect them with business data, and build smart systems that can communicate with customers, answer questions, collect information, and improve customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage AI chatbots for websites, messaging platforms, and customer support.
• Build AI voice agents that can communicate with customers through phone calls.
• Design chatbot conversations and workflows based on customer needs.
• Connect AI bots with databases, CRM systems, APIs, and existing business tools.
• Use customer data and conversation history to improve AI responses and personalization.
• Analyze chatbot and voice agent performance and make improvements.
• Automate customer engagement processes such as lead collection, follow-ups, and support.
• Maintain and update AI knowledge bases with current information.
• Test new AI tools and technologies to improve automation.

Required Skills

• Experience creating AI chatbots and conversational AI systems.
• Experience with AI platforms such as ChatGPT/OpenAI, Dialogflow, Voiceflow, Botpress, Rasa, or similar tools.
• Experience building AI voice assistants and phone-based AI agents.
• Understanding of APIs, webhooks, and system integrations.
• Ability to work with customer data and use insights to improve AI interactions.
• Basic programming knowledge (Python, JavaScript, PHP, or similar languages).
• Experience with automation tools like Make.com, Zapier, or n8n is a plus.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with CRM systems and customer engagement platforms.
• Experience using AI for sales, customer support, or lead generation.
• Knowledge of AI agents, prompt engineering, and knowledge-base management.
• Experience working with healthcare, e-commerce, SaaS, or service-based businesses is a plus.
