AI Chatbot Setup Virtual Assistant

Job Summary: We're looking to add an experienced GoHighLevel Expert to join our accounting firm and take the lead on CRM automation, workflow development, and AI-powered features. This is a hands-on role for someone who not only executes but also advises — helping shape our automation strategy, building efficient workflows, and steering the team on best practices within the GoHighLevel ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, configure, and tune up GoHighLevel workflows and automations tailored to business operations
• Set up and manage AI features within GoHighLevel, including AI chatbots and automated responses
• Design and roll out automation sequences to streamline client communication and internal processes
• Manage and maintain GoHighLevel sub-accounts and overall CRM configuration
• Advise the team on GoHighLevel capabilities, new features, and strategic openings for automation
• Troubleshoot technical issues within the GoHighLevel platform and put solutions in place promptly
• Create and maintain documentation for all workflows, automations, and system configurations
• Spot repetitive manual processes and recommend automation solutions within GoHighLevel
• Work closely with the business owners to align CRM strategy with operational goals
• Stay current on GoHighLevel updates, integrations, and emerging AI tools relevant to the platform

Mandatory Skills:

• Extensive hands-on experience with GoHighLevel, including workflows, automations, and CRM management
• Proven ability to build and tune up automation sequences and sales/communication pipelines
• Strong grasp of GoHighLevel AI features, including chatbot setup and configuration
• Experience working with both agency-level and sub-account configurations in GoHighLevel
• Able to guide and train team members on GoHighLevel tools and best practices
• Dependable, detail-focused, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
• Proactive problem-solver who takes initiative beyond assigned tasks

Preferred Skills:

• Experience supporting accounting firms, financial services, or professional services businesses
• Familiarity with third-party integrations commonly used alongside GoHighLevel (Zapier, Make, etc.)
• Knowledge of marketing automation principles, lead nurturing, and client lifecycle management
• Experience building SOPs and training documentation for CRM processes
• Able to handle multiple projects at once
• Background in consulting or advisory roles where guiding clients on technical strategy was a key responsibility
