AI Cloud Engineer

Role: Cloud AI Engineer

Location: Spain or Entire Europe – Remote

Job Type: Contract

Mandatory:

GCP Certified candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in machine learning and artificial intelligence.
• Coding and scripting proficiency in Python, Perl, C, C++, or Java.
• Experience in technical client service or consulting.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Technical Skills: Vertex AI, MLOps, Document AI, and Generative AI. Experienced in building multi-step Agentic AI workflows with ADK, Agent Engine, Lang Chain, Vertex AI, and Agent Space.

Preferred Qualifications: Solid understanding of production ML system practicalities.

• 7+ years of hands-on experience with recommendation engines, data pipelines, or distributed machine learning.
• Experience with deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, XGBoost).
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts, including architectures, ETL/ELT, and analytic environments (e.g., Apache Beam, Hadoop, Spark, Hive).
• Relevant experience in technical consulting.
