Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Execution: o Lead the planning, execution, and closure of IT projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives. o Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
• Budget Management and Cost Estimation: o Conduct detailed cost assessments and provide accurate project pricing. o Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial accountability.
• Risk Management: o Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, including technical, financial, and operational risks. o Develop contingency plans to address potential issues.
• AI Project Experience: o Manage IT projects involving AI technologies, such as generative AI, machine learning, or NLP. o Ensure AI solutions are integrated effectively into insurance processes (e.g., claims processing, fraud detection, customer service).
• Stakeholder Communication: o Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, actuaries, data scientists, and business leaders. o Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, risks, and deliverables.
• Vendor and Resource Management: o Negotiate with vendors and external partners to secure necessary resources and services. o Manage internal and external project teams to ensure alignment and productivity.
• Process Improvement: o Identify opportunities to optimize project management processes and improve efficiency. o Implement best practices in IT project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches). Required Qualifications:
• Education: o Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: o 10+ years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on the insurance industry. o Proven experience in managing AI-related IT projects. o Strong background in budget estimation, cost analysis, and project pricing.
• Technical Skills: o Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, Agile, Scrum). o Experience with AI technologies and their application in insurance. o Strong understanding of insurance IT systems, such as policy administration, claims management, and underwriting systems.
