我们正在招聘AI应用实习生，支持百济中国工厂在真实业务场景中探索和落地AI工具、数字化工具及流程自动化应用。该岗位的核心是支持“与业务用户共创AI”的工作模式——与各部门业务Super User一起，把真实场景中的需求转化为可落地的AI应用，并沉淀为可复用的能力。岗位将参与AI共创机制支持、一体化Use Case管理、Copilot与Copilot Studio赋能、Prompt最佳实践、知识库建设、Power BI分析及数字资产管理。 We are looking for an AI Application Intern to support BeiGene China manufacturing sites in exploring and implementing AI tools, digital tools, and process automation in real business scenarios. The core of this role is to support a “co-creating AI with business users” model — working together with business Super Users across departments to translate real-world needs into deployable AI applications and to consolidate them into reusable capabilities. The role will involve AI co-creation enablement, integrated Use Case management, Copilot and Copilot Studio enablement, Prompt best practices, knowledge base development, Power BI analysis, and digital asset management. 岗位职责 / Responsibilities

• 支持业务Super User共创机制：协助与各部门业务Super User的AI共创活动，包括需求对接、案例分享、培训与赋能材料准备。 Support the business Super User co-creation model: assist AI co-creation activities with business Super Users across departments, including requirement alignment, case sharing, and preparation of training and enablement materials.
• 搭建并运营一体化Use Case管理流程：协助建立需求识别→评估→优先级→落地→复盘的端到端流程，确保所有用户需求进入顺畅通路、快速展开、快速交付，更好地实现价值创造。 Build and operate an integrated Use Case management process: help establish an end-to-end flow of identification → assessment → prioritization → delivery → review, ensuring all user needs enter a smooth pipeline for rapid development, fast delivery, and better value creation.
• 需求分层与适配初筛：协助判断需求由Copilot自助解决，还是需通过Copilot Studio等构建定制Agent，形成清晰分层。 Requirement tiering and fit screening: help determine whether a need can be self-served via Copilot or requires a custom Agent built with Copilot Studio, forming a clear layered approach.
• AI应用产出与人工终审：协助Prompt设计、案例测试与优化。 AI output and human final review: assist Prompt design, case testing and optimization.
• 数字资产与知识沉淀：协助建立AI应用案例库，统一登记与复用，支撑经验沉淀与规模化推广。 Digital assets and knowledge capture: help build an AI application case library with unified registration and reuse, supporting knowledge consolidation and scaled promotion.
• 数据分析与文档支持：支持Power BI分析、数据整理、材料与流程文档优化。 Data analysis and documentation support: support Power BI analysis, data organization, and optimization of materials and process documents. 任职要求 / Requirements 一、核心软实力（必备） / Core Soft Skills (Required)
• 英语能力：具备良好的中英文读写与沟通能力，能独立产出中英双语的培训、汇报及沟通材料，并在跨团队/跨基地场景中顺畅协作。 English proficiency: good Chinese and English reading, writing, and communication skills; able to independently produce bilingual training, reporting, and communication materials and collaborate smoothly across teams and sites.
