The team works on core networking and system software, building production-grade solutions that run in real operator environments. Our goal is to deliver reliable, high-quality software for access network and edge devices, turning complex system requirements into stable, maintainable products. Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain software for Access Network Systems and Edge Devices
• Participate in the design, implementation, and delivery of network device software
• Analyze, debug, and resolve issues in real network and device environments
• Work on system-level features such as configuration, management, diagnostics, and reliability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver production-grade solutions with high quality standards Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor or master’s degree of Telecom/Computer Science or majors related.
• 5 ~ 8 years’ experience in real-time Embedded Operating Systems.
• Solid programming skills in at least one mainstream language (e.g., C, C++, Python)
• Strong problem-solving skills and hands-on ability able to dive into systems and drive issues to real-world resolution
• Rich experience on Linux OS
• Good understanding of access network fundamentals, including Layer 2, Layer 2.5, and basic PON concepts such as: ERPS, RSTP, G.8032, IGMP, DHCP, DHCPv6, PPPOE, LACP etc. Preferred Qualifications
• Project experience with PON products.
