岗位职责： 1.了解智能体构建过程的基本概念和步骤:RAG、提示工程、模型微调技术; 2.具备SQL、python脚本编写的基础能力，能够自行分析效果数据; 3.了解强化学习技术，能够参与推理模型训练者优先; 岗位要求： 1.本科及以上学历，计算机、AI、数据、电子信息、自动化，软件工程、人工智能等相关专业; 2.求知欲强，愿意探索在未知领域的技术落地; 3.具备主动思考能力，能够在尝试中不断发现问题改进问题，查询资料完善技术方案; 4.具备项目中和业务人员的基本沟通能力，能够通过不断沟通了解业务落地中的关键点;
职位薪资：
200-400/天
