אחריות ניהולית וטכנולוגית מלאה על תכנון, פיתוח, יישום והטמעה של פתרונות AI ו־Generative AI בסביבה ארגונית מורכבת, משלב זיהוי הצורך העסקי וגיבוש הארכיטקטורה ועד להעלאה לייצור, ניטור, תחזוקה ושיפור מתמשך.
דרישות
ניסיון ניהולי: 3+ שנות ניסיון בניהול ישיר של צוות פיתוח (חניכה, תכנון עבודה, הובלה מקצועית ו-Code Reviews).
רקע טכנולוגי בפיתוח: 5+ שנות ניסיון בפיתוח תוכנה (Hands-on) במערכות מורכבות ב-Production (שפות: Python / Node.js / C# / Java).
ניסיון מעשי בהטמעת פתרונות AI ו-LLMs בסביבת Production.
עבודה עם Embeddings, מאגרים וקטוריים, Prompt Engineering וניהול Context.
פיתוח AI Agents, עבודה עם Tool Calling ואינטגרציות למערכות ארגוניות.
