Description and Requirements

岗位职责：

1. 负责自动驾驶 AI 模型在车载异构计算平台（英伟达DRIVE、高通Ride、地平线Journey、新芯航途BMC等）上的端到端部署，覆盖模型转换、量化、编译、运行时适配的完整技术链路

2. 基于 TensorRT、QNN / SNPE、BPU SDK 等推理框架，完成算子适配与自定义算子开发，针对推理延迟、内存占用、吞吐量等核心指标进行系统性调优

3. 定位并解决模型部署全流程中的工程问题，包括但不限于精度损失、算子不支持、内存超限、多模型并发调度冲突等，推动问题从排查到闭环的完整解决

4. 设计并开发部署辅助工具链，涵盖精度逐层对比、性能 Profiling 可视化、算子兼容性扫描等工具，提升团队部署效率与问题可观测性

5. 对接底软、硬件及集成测试团队，完成模型在完整车载软件栈中的系统联调与版本交付

岗位要求：

1. 本科及以上学历，计算机、电子、自动化等相关专业，3年以上 AI 模型部署或推理优化经验，有车载、机器人或其他嵌入式平台量产部署经历者优先

2. 熟悉主流深度学习框架（PyTorch / ONNX），熟练掌握至少一种车载推理框架（TensorRT、QNN / SNPE、BPU SDK 等），深入理解其编译与运行时机制

3. 具备 INT8 / FP16 量化、算子融合、计算图优化等实际调优经验，能够独立完成精度与性能的量化分析，并在二者间做出合理的工程权衡与决策

4. 熟练使用 Python 与 C / C++，具备独立设计并交付工程化工具或自动化流水线的能力

5. 具备较强的问题拆解与定位能力，能在信息不完整、多因素耦合的情况下系统性排查复杂部署问题

6. 具备良好的跨团队沟通协作能力

加分项：

1. 熟悉 BEV、多模态融合、大模型端侧部署等前沿模型结构，具备 Transformer 类模型的推理优化实践

2. 有工程工具或可视化平台的设计与开发经验
