As a Project Manager, you will step onto the front lines of diverse business units to confront established operational habits and identify process bottlenecks. You will assess the feasibility of AI and automation initiatives, lead cross-functional alignment with engineering teams, and guide business operators from 0 to 1 through hands-on onboarding and workflow transition—ensuring every transformation project takes root and delivers measurable business value.

< Responsibilities

1. Workflow Diagnosis & Transformation Blueprinting: Conduct in-depth operational audits and process mapping across business units to pinpoint pain points, translating unstructured needs into actionable, executable digital/AI adoption roadmaps.
2. Complex Stakeholder Management & Alignment: Act as the strategic liaison across business heads, operational end-users, senior leadership, and R&D. Proactively align conflicting priorities, manage organizational resistance to change, and foster consensus.
3. Solution Scoping & Milestone Delivery: Define end-to-end project roadmaps, user stories, and acceptance criteria (UAT), breaking down complex business requirements into clear execution stages for engineering teams.
4. R&D Collaboration & Feasibility Validation: Partner with engineers, architects, and designers to evaluate implementation complexity, data readiness, and AI solution feasibility, ensuring all delivered solutions are robust and production-ready.
5. End-to-End Project Governance & Blocker Resolution: Oversee project delivery timelines, proactively identify bottlenecks across functional silos, mitigate delivery risks, and keep implementations on schedule.
6. Change Enablement & Business Impact Measurement: Drive rollout strategies, training sessions, and user enablement to ensure sustained tool adoption. Establish key operational metrics to measure workflow time reduction, cost efficiency, and overall transformation ROI.

< Required Skills

• Proven Transformation Track Record: 3+ years of hands-on experience driving internal digital transformation, workflow automation, or enterprise AI adoption with proven, measurable landing success.
• Stakeholder Management: Exceptional interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills, capable of bridging conversations between C-level executives, frontline business operators, and engineering teams.
• Process & Specification Skills: Proven ability in business process mapping, writing technical requirements (PRD / User Stories), and overseeing UAT.
• AI & Tech Literacy: Working familiarity with Generative AI capabilities, workflow automation tools, and their practical deployment constraints within enterprise workflows.
