まずはエンジニアとして開発の中心を担い、ゆくゆくはお客様とエンジニアの間に立つPM（プロジェクトマネージャー）としてキャリアを広げていただけるポジションです。

言われたものをつくるだけの受託開発ではなく、コンサルタントが向き合うお客様の事業課題から開発に関われる環境です。

【仕事内容】

（プロダクト開発・AI活用）

• React／Next.js／Viteを用いたWebアプリケーション開発
• Python（FastAPI／Flask）によるAPI開発
• Firebase／Supabase／GCP／Vercelを利用したインフラ構築
• Claude／OpenAI／Geminiを組み込んだAIアプリケーション開発
• AIエージェント・業務自動化の実装

（お客様の事業成長に直結するエンジニアリング）

• コンサルタントと連携した、業務効率化プロダクト・業務システムの開発
• お客様（日本企業）との仕様確認・打ち合わせ
• 要件の整理、開発チーム内での進め方の調整

【キャリアパス】

• 入社後はエンジニアとして開発を担当していただきます
• その後、ご経験・適性・ご本人の希望に応じて、要件定義や進捗管理などPMの役割を少しずつ担っていただきます
• 最終的には、お客様との窓口として、要件定義からリリースまでプロジェクト全体を推進するPMを目指していただけます
• 社内のエンジニアは海外出身のメンバーが中心です。お客様の要望を、多国籍のチームが動ける形に落とし込む経験を積めます

【応募資格】

1）必須要件

• ReactまたはNext.jsを用いた実務経験（目安2年以上）
• REST APIの設計・開発経験
• Git、RDB／NoSQLの基礎知識
• 日本語ビジネスレベル（JLPT N1相当以上）で、日本語での顧客対応・資料作成の実務経験がある方
• 日本国内での就労資格をお持ちの方
• 将来、PMとしてキャリアを広げたい方

2）歓迎要件

• TypeScriptでの開発経験
• Firebase／Supabase／GCP／Vercelの実務経験
• LLM（Claude／OpenAI／Geminiなど）を活用したアプリ開発
• 要件定義・仕様策定の経験
• チームリーダー、プロジェクトリーダーの経験
• お客様と直接やりとりしながら開発した経験
• 英語でのコミュニケーション経験

Every year, we receive more and more requests for help with business efficiency, AI adoption, and system development.

You will start as a core member of our development team, and over time you can grow your career into a PM (Project Manager) role, acting as the bridge between our clients and our engineers.

This is not contract development where you simply build what you are told. You will be involved from the very start, working on the business challenges our consultants tackle together with clients.

【Responsibilities】

(Product Development & AI)

• Web application development with React / Next.js / Vite
• API development with Python (FastAPI / Flask)
• Infrastructure setup using Firebase / Supabase / GCP / Vercel
• Development of AI applications integrating Claude / OpenAI / Gemini
• Implementation of AI agents and business process automation

(Engineering That Directly Drives Client Growth)

• Development of business efficiency products and business systems in collaboration with consultants
• Confirming specifications and holding meetings with clients (Japanese companies)
• Organizing requirements and coordinating how work proceeds within the development team

【Career Path】

• After joining, you will work on development as an engineer
• Then, depending on your experience, aptitude, and preferences, you will gradually take on PM responsibilities such as requirements definition and progress management
• Ultimately, you can aim to become a PM who serves as the main point of contact for clients and leads entire projects from requirements definition to release
• Our engineering team consists mainly of members from overseas. You will gain experience turning client needs into a form that a multinational team can act on

【Qualifications】

1. Required

• Professional experience with React or Next.js (approximately 2+ years)
• Experience designing and developing REST APIs
• Basic knowledge of Git and RDB / NoSQL
• Business-level Japanese (JLPT N1 or equivalent) with practical experience handling clients and preparing documents in Japanese
• Authorization to work in Japan
• Interest in growing your career as a PM in the future

1. Preferred

• Development experience with TypeScript
• Professional experience with Firebase / Supabase / GCP / Vercel
• App development using LLMs (Claude / OpenAI / Gemini, etc.)
• Experience in requirements definition and specification design
• Experience as a team leader or project leader
• Experience developing while communicating directly with clients
• Experience communicating in English

Full-time (3-month probation period; no change in conditions during probation)

Hybrid (a combination of remote work and office work)

Annual Salary

Determined based on experience and skills

Working Hours

Flextime (no core hours); standard hours 9:00–18:00, 60-minute break

Overtime

Approx. 20 hours per month on average (overtime paid)
