AI Consultant

Customer Discovery & Advisory

·       Engage with enterprise customers to understand their workflows, pain points, and digital transformation goals.

·       Identify and prioritize AI opportunities where HKBN AI+ (TaaS and HKBN Claw) platform can deliver measurable impact.

·       Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions with business and IT stakeholders.

Solution Design & Architecture

·       Design AI solution proposals including use case scope, model selection, integration architecture, and success metrics.

·       Develop proof-of-concept (POC) plans with clear timelines, resource requirements, and expected outcomes.

·       Translate technical capabilities into business cases with ROI projections.

Pilot Delivery & Value Realization

·       Lead or support POC deployments working alongside delivery engineers and partners (Tinyi, Suanova).

·       Track pilot metrics, document learnings, and produce case studies for scaling.

·       Present results to customer sponsors and secure buy-in for production expansion.

Internal Enablement & Thought Leadership

·       Contribute to HKBN's AI+ knowledge base and training materials.

·       Lead or support assessment of solutions or products and provide assessment result to management.

·       Support sales teams with technical storytelling, demo support, and proposal input.

·       Stay current on AI market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging model capabilities.

Job Requirements:

·       Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field. Master's or MBA preferred.

·       4 years or above of experience in technology consulting, solution architecture, pre-sales, or AI/ML delivery roles.

·       Strong understanding of enterprise AI landscape: LLMs, agent frameworks, RAG, fine-tuning, and AI infrastructure (GPU, cloud, on-premise).

·       Proven track record of designing and delivering technology solutions to enterprise clients, preferably in Hong Kong or Greater China.

·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus.

·       Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value propositions.

·       Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously.

·       Experience with CRM and proposal tools.

·       Self-starter who thrives in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
