About the Role

We are looking for a creative, highly skilled, and technology-driven AI Content Creator who is passionate about visual storytelling and the latest AI technologies.

You will be responsible for creating high-quality, engaging, and commercially effective video content using AI, from concept development and scripting to AI generation, editing, and final delivery.

The ideal candidate is someone who is highly proficient in AI video generation tools and stays up to date with the rapidly evolving AI creative ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and storyboards for short-form and long-form video content.
• Create AI-generated videos, visuals, characters, product demonstrations, advertisements, and social media content.
• Utilize leading AI video generation, image generation, voice generation, animation, and editing tools to produce professional-quality content.
• Transform product concepts, scripts, and marketing briefs into compelling visual content.
• Create content suitable for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, advertisements, e-commerce, and other digital platforms.
• Write and refine scripts, prompts, storylines, captions, and creative directions.
• Develop effective AI prompts to achieve consistent characters, products, environments, movements, lighting, and visual styles.
• Edit and optimize AI-generated footage into polished final videos.
• Ensure consistency with the company's brand identity, visual standards, and marketing objectives.
• Continuously research and test new AI tools, models, workflows, and creative techniques to improve content quality and production efficiency.
• Collaborate with the marketing, creative, product, and social media teams.
• Create multiple creative variations for A/B testing and advertising campaigns.
• Maintain an organized library of AI assets, prompts, source files, and final content.

Important: The candidate should be comfortable learning and adopting new AI platforms quickly, as AI tools and models evolve rapidly.

Requirements

• Minimum S1 (Bachelor's Degree) in Visual Communication Design, Multimedia, Broadcasting, Film, Digital Media, Marketing, Communication, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in video production, content creation, digital media, or AI-assisted content production.
• Expert-level proficiency in AI video generation tools and strong knowledge of current AI creative technologies.
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering for image and video generation.
• Strong video editing and post-production skills.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, composition, lighting, camera movement, transitions, and pacing.
• Creative, highly detail-oriented, and able to turn ideas into compelling visual content.
• Able to produce content independently from concept → prompt → AI generation → editing → final output.
• Strong understanding of social media trends, particularly TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• Able to work with deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating AI-generated video content is required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience creating content for beauty, skincare, haircare, wellness, FMCG, or lifestyle brands.
• Experience creating commercial advertisements and performance marketing videos.
• Understanding of social media algorithms and content trends.
• Experience with AI-generated product photography and product advertising.
• Knowledge of 3D, motion graphics, VFX, or animation is a plus.
• Strong creative judgment and ability to identify what makes content visually engaging and commercially effective.
