Role Description The AI Content Creator is a full-time, hybrid role based in Sindh, Pakistan, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role focuses on planning, generating, and refining digital content using AI tools, ensuring alignment with brand voice, audience needs, and performance metrics. Day-to-day tasks include designing AI prompts, producing written and multimedia content, reviewing and editing AI-generated outputs, and optimizing content for various platforms. The AI Content Creator will collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to support campaigns, landing pages, social media, email, and other digital assets. The role also involves monitoring content performance, conducting basic research on target audiences and industry trends, and iterating on content strategies based on data insights.

Qualifications

• Ability to work effectively with AI content creation tools, prompts, and workflows, and to refine AI-generated outputs for clarity and impact.
• Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences, formats, and platforms.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, including social media, email campaigns, and content optimization for user engagement.
• Comfort with research and information gathering to support accurate, relevant, and audience-focused content creation.
• Proficiency in using common productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., documents, spreadsheets, task management, and communication platforms).
• Detail-oriented mindset, strong time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a hybrid work environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Communications, Marketing, Media Studies, English, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience with SEO basics, analytics tools, or content performance tracking is a plus, as is any prior work with AI or automation in content workflows.
