THE ROLE

P.Louise is looking for an exceptional AI Content Expert to join our growing Marketing & Creative team and help define the next generation of content creation for the brand.This isn't a role focused on replacing real-world content with AI. We want someone who can use AI to amplify, enhance and scale the content we already create. Combining real photography, video, products, creators and campaigns with the latest generative AI technology to create more content, faster and at an exceptional creative standard.You'll work closely with our photography, video, social and creative teams to embed AI throughout the content production process and identify new ways to improve both creative output and efficiency.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Create high-quality AI-enhanced image and video content across social, paid media, campaigns and product launches.
• Use Higgsfield, Artlist and other leading AI models to transform and extend existing photography and video.
• Turn individual shoots and assets into multiple creative executions, environments, hooks and formats.
• Work across image-to-image, image-to-video and video-to-video while maintaining exceptional product, talent and brand consistency.
• Work alongside photographers and videographers to plan shoots with AI extension in mind, reducing unnecessary reshoots.
• Develop social-first and performance creative, rapidly testing new concepts and variations.
• Build scalable AI workflows, prompt libraries and templates to improve creative efficiency across the team.
• Test emerging AI tools and models, introducing the best technology into the P.Louise creative stack.
• Train and upskill the wider creative and marketing teams in AI.
• Measure the impact of AI across content output, turnaround time and production cost..

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Strong hands-on experience with Higgsfield. Experience across multiple generative image and video models. Experience with AI tools available through Artlist or comparable creative platforms. Advanced prompting and visual prompting capabilities. Experience maintaining character, product and visual consistency across AI generations.. Understanding of short-form social and paid-social creative. Ability to take an idea from concept through experimentation to finished content. Genuine obsession with keeping up with new AI models, tools and creative techniques.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

Establish repeatable AI workflows across the creative team. Significantly increase the volume of content generated from existing shoots. Build scalable AI-assisted content formats for UK and US social channels. Create new creative using existing P.Louise assets. Train the wider team to use AI more effectively. Continually introduce tools and techniques that improve creative quality or efficiency.
