AI Content Orchestrator

Role Purpose

 Owns the end-to-end workflow for AI-generated content, ensuring the right content is delivered at the right time, in the right format across sales processes. Coordinates systems, content, and workflows to enable seamless content generation and delivery. Optimizes content pipelines for quality, speed, and adoption.

 This person owns the end-to-end workflow for AI-generated sales content. They should understand how content moves through systems, how metadata enables reuse, how human review fits into higher-risk workflows, and how to optimize for speed, quality, and adoption.

 Must-have qualifications

  Experience in content operations, sales enablement operations, marketing operations, RevOps, or workflow automation

  Strong systems thinking and process design

  Ability to map end-to-end workflows across people, systems, content, and approvals

  Understanding of modular content, metadata, taxonomy, and content governance

  Ability to interpret adoption and performance data

  Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills

  Comfort operating between business teams and technical teams Nice-to-have qualifications

  Experience with Power Automate, Zapier, Workato, Salesforce Flow, Copilot Studio, or similar workflow tools

  Familiarity with M365, CRM platforms, content management systems, and sales enablement platforms

  Experience designing intake, review, approval, and publishing workflows

  Experience with AI-generated content pipelines

  Familiarity with sales content lifecycle management
