AI Conversation Designer / Prompt Engineer

Level3 BOS is looking for a creative and analytical Female AI Conversation Designer & Prompt Engineer to shape the intelligence, personality, and conversational experience of our AI-powered tools and autonomous voice agents.

From AI recruiters and virtual receptionists to intelligent knowledge assistants, you’ll help build AI experiences that sound natural, respond accurately, and handle real-world conversations with confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design natural, empathetic, and effective dialogue trees and conversation flows for voice-based AI agents using technologies such as the Twilio Voice API.
• Develop, test, and optimize prompts for Large Language Models (LLMs), including ChatGPT, Claude, and open-source models.
• Improve AI response accuracy, consistency, and reliability while minimizing hallucinations and irrelevant outputs.
• Structure and maintain knowledge bases for Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to ensure AI systems retrieve relevant and up-to-date information.
• Design conversational logic for AI recruiters, AI receptionists, and virtual assistants, including intent recognition, fallback handling, and context retention.
• Analyze chat and call transcripts to identify conversational friction and continuously improve AI interactions.
• Refine prompts, dialogue flows, and AI behavior based on real-world performance and user feedback.

Requirements:

• A background in Linguistics, Psychology, Creative Writing, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, combined with a strong interest in AI.
• Experience writing, testing, and optimizing prompts for LLMs such as ChatGPT, Claude, or open-source models.
• Understanding of conversational design principles, including intent recognition, context management, and fallback strategies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate AI responses and improve conversational logic.
• Excellent written communication skills, attention to detail, and creative thinking.
• Familiarity with RAG architectures, knowledge-base management, or voice AI platforms such as Twilio is an advantage.
