About The Role We are hiring an AI Copy Editor to join a leading Australian immigration firm. This role suits an experienced writer who wants to own the writing behind a brand's marketing and build expertise in a professional, regulated industry.

You will write the full range of our marketing content — long-form website content such as blogs and service pages, and shorter copy for social media, email and WhatsApp. You will use AI tools to research and draft quickly, then edit every piece until it is accurate, clear and ready to publish. You will also work with the team on planning the content calendar.

This is a writing-first role. You will not run paid ads or targeting, and you will not give migration advice — migration-advice accuracy is reviewed by registered migration agents.

Key Responsibilities Website and Long-Form Content

• Write blog articles, service pages and other website content.
• Research topics thoroughly and turn immigration and education information into clear, reader-friendly content.
• Update existing content so it stays current and accurate.

Marketing Copy

• Write copy for social media, email, WhatsApp and campaigns.
• Repurpose long-form content into versions that fit each channel.

AI-Assisted Writing and Editing

• Use AI tools to research and draft content.
• Edit AI output to a final, publishable standard — human, clear and on-brand.
• Verify every factual claim before publication.

Accuracy and Quality Control

• Fact-check and proofread all content before it goes out.
• Flag anything uncertain rather than guessing.
• Incorporate feedback and revisions promptly.

Planning and Collaboration

• Work with the team on planning the content calendar.
• Deliver content on schedule to support consistent daily publishing.

Essential Required Skills

• At least 3 years of content writing experience, covering both long-form content and marketing copy.
• Excellent written English, with strong proofreading.
• Strong attention to accuracy — you check facts and never overstate a claim.
• Published work you can share, including blogs or website pages.]

Preferred

• Basic SEO knowledge — keywords, meta titles and descriptions, headings and internal linking.
• Research skills.
• Basic video editing.
• Knowledge of immigration or international education.
• Experience writing for regulated industries.
