AI Creative Designer

Job Overview

We are seeking an innovative AI Creative Designer to combine traditional design, UI/UX principles, and generative AI tools to build engaging game apps, websites, marketing collaterals, and video content. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate ideas into high-impact visual narratives and seamless digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and produce print-ready marketing collaterals (leaflets, brochures, posters, event banners) and digital graphics, ensuring consistent branding, visual appeal, and information accuracy.
• Design user-friendly UI/UX, wireframes, and prototypes for game apps and websites, working closely with the programming team to communicate design ideas via storyboards, sketches, and process flows.
• Plan, edit, and create high-quality promotional videos, product demos, social media reels, and dynamic motion graphics.
• Integrate generative AI tools (text/image/video) into daily creative processes to optimize workflows and design output.
• Continuously test, evaluate, and adopt emerging AI tools and automation solutions to push creative boundaries and enhance overall design output.
• Partner seamlessly with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Management) to translate project briefs into compelling visual narratives.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Digital Media, Visual Communication, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3–5 years of creative design experience .
• Proficient in standard design and video editing software (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Figma, Canva).
• Hands-on experience or strong passion for generative AI tools, such as Midjourney, Photoshop Firefly, Gemini, ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar AI creative applications.
• Good understanding of web layout, digital visual aesthetics, user interface concepts, and digital design trends.
• Solid understanding of video editing workflows and printing/artwork finalization processes.
• Highly proactive, curious about new technology, detail-oriented
• Good communication skills in Chinese (Cantonese) and English.
