Role Description This is a full-time, on-site AI Creative / Video Content Creator role based in Huai Khwang, Bangkok. The role involves conceptualizing and producing engaging video content for digital platforms, using AI tools and creative software to generate, enhance, and edit visuals and audio. The AI Creative / Video Content Creator will collaborate closely with content, marketing, and distribution teams to develop ideas that support Asian TV and film promotion, branding, and audience engagement. Daily tasks include scripting, storyboarding, shooting or sourcing footage, editing videos, integrating AI-generated assets, and optimizing content for social media and other online channels. The role also requires staying up to date with trends in AI-generated media, digital storytelling, and entertainment marketing to propose innovative content formats and campaigns.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in video production and editing, such as filming, non-linear editing, motion graphics, and audio refinement.
• Candidates should possess skills in AI and digital content creation, including using AI tools for image, video, and sound generation, as well as basic graphic design and visual storytelling.
• Candidates should possess skills in scripting and storytelling, including writing concepts, storyboards, and captions tailored to diverse digital platforms.
• Candidates should possess skills in social media and digital marketing, such as understanding platform algorithms, audience engagement strategies, and performance analytics.
• Candidates should possess strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural team and coordinate with production, marketing, and distribution partners.
• Relevant qualifications include experience in media, film, digital content creation, or related fields; familiarity with Asian TV and film markets is highly beneficial.
• A bachelor’s degree in film, media, communications, design, or a related discipline is preferred, along with proficiency in English; knowledge of Thai, Mandarin, or other regional languages is an advantage
