AI Creator

Full-time contract, on-site AI Creator

The AI Creator will design, develop, and refine AI-driven content and tools that support SPACE creative and operational workflows. Daily tasks include experimenting with AI models, building prompts and workflows, testing outputs for quality and accuracy, and collaborating with production, design, and technical teams to integrate AI solutions into existing processes. The role also involves documenting methodologies, maintaining organized project assets, and iterating on AI systems based on feedback and performance data. The AI Creator is expected to stay current with AI trends and emerging tools to propose new solutions that enhance creativity and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Ability to work with AI tools and platforms (e.g., generative AI for image, audio or video) and translate creative or production needs into effective AI workflows.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the capacity to evaluate AI outputs, troubleshoot issues, and refine processes for better performance.
• Demonstrated creativity and content creation capabilities, with an understanding of storytelling, visual or audio aesthetics, and audience engagement.
• Effective collaboration and communication skills, with experience working in multidisciplinary teams in a production or creative environment.
• Comfort working on-site with the ability to manage time, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing project requirements.
• Beneficial qualifications: prior experience in media or production, familiarity with scripting or basic programming, and a background in design, communications, computer science.
