Working Hours: Sunday–Friday, 11:00am–8:00pm
Salary: Staring 20,000 EGP per month + performance bonus

About the Role

We are looking for an AI Data & Lead Generation Specialist to support a UK healthcare recruitment business.

Your role will be to find new healthcare leads, job opportunities, organisations and contact information using AI, web research, scraping and automation, then organise and feed this data to our recruitment team.

Key Responsibilities

• Find new UK healthcare organisations, contacts and recruitment opportunities.
• Use AI, web scraping, crawlers and automation to collect data efficiently.
• Research and verify email addresses and contact information.
• Clean, organise and update our databases/CRM.
• Provide recruiters with relevant, actionable leads.
• Track recruiter activity and results, including calls, emails, new jobs, sales and invoicing.
• Analyse results and improve lead-generation methods.
• Find ways to automate repetitive tasks and reduce unnecessary AI/API costs.

Requirements

• Strong computer and online research skills.
• Good understanding of AI tools and automation.
• Knowledge of web scraping/crawlers.
• Good Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good English communication skills.
• Analytical and commercially minded.
• Able to work independently and solve problems.

Desirable: Python, APIs, AI APIs, CRM systems, lead generation or previous recruitment experience.

Recruitment experience is not essential.

We are looking for someone who doesn't just collect data, but understands how to turn data into real leads, jobs and sales.

A short practical task may be required during the recruitment process.
