AI Data Center Power Solutions Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive business development and sales growth across international (AI/Data Center Infrastructure) and energy solutions markets.
• Lead commercial negotiations, including RFQs, contract discussions, pricing strategy, and bid management with customers and partners.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with engineering, product, operations, and commercial teams to develop competitive proposals and deliver customer solutions.
• Manage customer inquiries, quotations, project pipelines, and order follow-up to ensure conversion targets and revenue objectives are achieved.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, customers, EPCs, developers, and strategic partners.
• Represent the company during customer meetings, site visits, industry events, and conferences to strengthen market presence and identify new business opportunities.
• Gather market intelligence and customer insights to support business expansion and strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Engineering, International Trade, Energy, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or commercial management within data centers, energy storage, renewable energy, power infrastructure, or related sectors.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in contract negotiations, bid management, and solution-based selling.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills in an international business environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively across matrix organisations and collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive for results, business growth, and market expansion.
• Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis.
• Previous overseas working experience and/or experience in energy storage, power systems, EV, battery, or related technology sectors is advantageous.
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin, with the ability to communicate effectively with international stakeholders across global markets.
