🚀 What You'll Do

✅ Design, build, and maintain Python-based AI workflows and automation tools

✅ Develop solutions using LLMs, AI agents, prompt engineering, embeddings, and RAG architectures

✅ Analyze structured and unstructured data to support automation and decision-making

✅ Create datasets, benchmarks, validation frameworks, and evaluation metrics

✅ Integrate AI capabilities into existing business processes and internal platforms

✅ Improve reliability, observability, and quality of AI-driven solutions

✅ Document technical designs, decisions, and best practices

🎯 What We're Looking For

✔ Strong Python development skills, including data processing, testing, and maintainable code

✔ Hands-on experience with LLMs, AI automation frameworks, or GenAI applications

✔ Understanding of prompt engineering, model evaluation, and experimentation

✔ Experience working with Git, notebooks, virtual environments, and modern development workflows

✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

✔ Ability to transform complex business challenges into practical AI solutions

✔ Excellent communication and collaboration skills
