AI Data Scientist ( Manager Level)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Analyze complex datasets and apply statistical, machine learning, and AI techniques to generate actionable business insights.

• Develop, test, validate, and monitor analytical models to support business strategies and customer experience improvements.

• Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate business needs into analytical solutions.

• Support implementation and deployment of AI and machine learning solutions in collaboration with technology teams.

• Integrate and utilize AI technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs), to improve business processes and customer engagement.

• Perform data preparation, cleansing, validation, and quality checks to ensure data integrity and reliability.

• Conduct ad-hoc analyses and present findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.

• Support enhancement of data assets, analytical processes, and AI capabilities to improve overall business performance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Analytic, Business Management, Data Management, MIS or any related field.

• At least 5–8 years of direct experience in Data Analytics, Data Science, AI Engineering, Machine Learning, or related fields.

• Data Analytics & Statistical Analysis, Machine Learning & AI, Business Intelligence   Tools (Power BI, Tableau), SQL / Python / Data Processing, Problem Solving & Critical Thinking, Communication & Presentation Skills, Stakeholder Management

• Experience in financial industry, preferably insurance, is a big advantage

• Excellent in presentation development and communication skills.

• Excellent command of English in both verbal and written forms.
