AI Data Specialist (QC)

Key responsibilities

• Scale daily QC capacity and improve QC efficiency
• Manage and coordinate 20+ QC workers at the same time
• Review videos, AI training data, and annotations for quality
• Monitor QC performance and identify quality issues
• Use Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to identify and solve recurring issues
• Improve QC processes, workflows, and guidelines
• Work with outsourced teams, vendors, and distributed workers
• Track QC quality and productivity metrics
• Proactively identify problems and drive solutions

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in QC, QA, Data Operations, Data Annotation, AI Data Services, or related fields

• Experience reviewing videos, AI datasets, or annotations

• Familiar with RCA and continuous process improvement

• Familiar with data annotation/labelling or QC platforms

• Experience managing or coordinating 20+ workers is preferred

• Experience working with outsourced teams or vendors is highly preferred

• Strong problem-solving and ownership skills

• Good English communication skills, including the ability to understand technical documentation and work asynchronously

  Mandarin speaking ability is a plus
