Client is looking for more experience driving gen ai projects, someone more experience with day to day ticket triaging, sprint planning, and release management for gen ai programs.

Ideal Candidate:

The successful candidate is a proactive, organized, and technically curious Program/Project Manager who can independently establish processes, drive Agile execution, coordinate cross-functional teams, and deliver high-impact technical programs. They will play a key role in supporting platform reliability, enabling business partnerships, and helping scale next-generation AI-powered tools and messaging solutions.

Required Skills & Experience:

Program & Project Management:

2–5 years of Technical Program Management or Engineering Program Management experience.

2–5 years of Project Management experience leading cross-functional technical initiatives.

Strong experience managing multiple concurrent projects in Agile environments.

Agile Methodology:

Hands-on experience with Agile project delivery.

Proven ability to establish Agile processes and facilitate Scrum ceremonies.

Experience collaborating closely with Engineering teams to improve execution and delivery.

Cross-Functional Leadership:

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Ability to independently drive initiatives with minimal supervision.

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Experience coordinating across Engineering, Product, and Business organizations.

Preferred Qualifications:

Exposure to Machine Learning (ML) projects or AI-driven products.

Understanding of the Machine Learning lifecycle, including data, model development, deployment, and monitoring.

Familiarity with messaging platforms, chat ecosystems, conversational AI, or intent-based systems.

Experience supporting GenAI or AI-powered product initiatives is a strong plus.

Nice to have:

Knowledge of Generative AI tools and workflows.

Experience working on ML-enabled products or conversational platforms.

Technical understanding of distributed systems, APIs, or cloud-based applications.

Experience working with high-availability production systems.

**Pay Range: $65/hr

$70/hr**

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
