Position : AI DBA Engineer

Location: Gurugram

Working Mode : Hybrid (3 days office and 2 days WFH)

Required skills and experience

• 5+ years of professional software development experience, including recent hands-on work building LLM-based applications that run in production.
• Strong Python skills, with experience building REST APIs and working with asynchronous programming.
• Hands-on experience with LangGraph and the wider LangChain ecosystem for agent orchestration.
• Practical experience with Langfuse (or a comparable LLM observability platform) for tracing, prompt versioning and evaluation.
• Working knowledge of Prometheus (metrics, exporters, PromQL) and Grafana (dashboards, alert rules).
• Daily use of Visual Studio Code for development and debugging, including Git integration, dev containers and AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot.
• Exposure to the latest LLM families, such as OpenAI GPT and Azure OpenAI, Google Gemini, Meta Llama, Mistral and other open-weight models served through Hugging Face or Ollama.
• Solid understanding of current LLM methodologies: RAG, agentic design patterns, function and tool calling, Model Context Protocol (MCP), prompt engineering, fine-tuning (LoRA/PEFT) and LLM evaluation techniques.
• Experience with vector databases or search services such as Azure AI Search, pgvector, FAISS or Chroma.
• Exposure to Oracle Database 19c or 26ai, including SQL and PL/SQL, and awareness of its AI features such as Oracle AI Vector Search.
• Exposure to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), including core services (compute, networking, IAM, Object Storage) and OCI Generative AI.
• Experience with Docker, Git-based workflows and CI/CD pipelines.
