AI Delivery & Technical Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support for EngageLab（SAAS product）, including handling customer inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, reproducing problems, developing solutions, and driving issues through to resolution.

Support the operation and delivery of GPTBots AI projects, including environment configuration, feature validation, incident troubleshooting, go-live support, and delivery documentation.

Support customer and business requirements by contributing to technical solution design, API integration and testing, issue diagnosis, and internal technical support.

Independently or collaboratively develop small-scale software projects, tools, scripts, and automation capabilities to improve the efficiency of technical support and project delivery.

Build and maintain technical knowledge resources, including FAQs, user guides, technical documentation, and project delivery best practices, while continuously improving support processes and service quality.

Qualifications

Language: We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to work more effectively with Mandarin-speaking colleagues.

Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Communications Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field.

Professional Experience: 1+ years of relevant experience in solutions engineering, technical sales, or software development. Outstanding fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Solid understanding of software development, Internet technologies, network protocols, and Web/API technologies, with strong troubleshooting skills.

Familiarity with development IDEs, debugging tools, API testing tools, and collaboration platforms.

Proficiency in mainstream AI coding tools and a strong interest in AI application development.

Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills, with a proactive and responsible attitude.

Good learning and documentation skills, with the ability to quickly understand products and technical concepts.

Experience with AI Agent projects or software development is a plus.
