About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on AI Deployment Lead who can help organizations turn AI capabilities into practical business solutions.

This role focuses on understanding how people work, identifying where AI can improve their daily processes, and helping users successfully adopt AI tools.

The ideal candidate combines hands-on generative AI experience with strong business process understanding, stakeholder engagement, and technology adoption experience.

What You'll Do

• Work directly with users to understand business processes, challenges, and opportunities for AI.
• Build practical AI solutions using LLMs, prompt engineering, agents, and automated workflows.
• Demonstrate how teams can leverage AI to improve everyday tasks.
• Lead training sessions, onboarding, and hands-on user enablement.
• Gather user feedback and translate business needs into product requirements.
• Track AI adoption and develop reusable templates and playbooks.

Required

• 5+ years in solutions engineering, product management, technical account management, or similar customer-facing technical roles.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI workflows.
• Proven ability to understand business processes and help users adopt AI solutions.
• Experience training nontechnical users and driving technology adoption.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree or higher

Nice to Have: LangChain, CrewAI, Zapier, Make, MCP, or similar technologies.
