AI Deployment Strategist

• Axion Ray is looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to join our Solutions team and help drive high-impact delivery, adoption, and customer outcomes across every engagement
• This is an exciting opportunity to be deeply embedded in the customer journey, owning the workstreams that support AI implementations and ensuring continued success from deployment through scale
• Own technical workstreams and use case execution across multiple accounts simultaneously
• Drive activation — proving value fast at each customer site
• Lead user sessions and client-facing technical presentations with confidence and clarity
• Build solutions that can scale and be handed off cleanly to other teammates and accounts

• 2+ years of experience in enterprise software implementation, technical consulting, or customer success
• Proven ability to own technical workstreams and manage client-facing projects independently
• Experience working across multiple customer accounts simultaneously
