About the Role

We are looking for a motivated AI Engineer with 1–2 years of experience to join our team. In this role, you will work on hands-on AI/ML development tasks while also mentoring and supervising interns, helping them grow technically and ensuring quality delivery on assigned projects.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models and applications

Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, data, engineering) to integrate AI solutions

Guide, mentor, and review the work of interns; assign tasks and track their progress

Debug, test, and optimize existing models and pipelines

Stay current with emerging AI tools, frameworks, and best practices

Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related field

1–2 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development

Proficiency in Python and common ML/AI libraries (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn)

Experience with LLMs, NLP, or computer vision (as applicable to your team's focus)

Familiarity with version control (Git) and basic software engineering practices

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

Prior experience mentoring, training, or supervising junior team members/interns is a plus

Working knowledge of Generative AI concepts and tools

Experience with LangGraph (or similar agent/orchestration frameworks)

Hands-on experience with AWS (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda, SageMaker, Bedrock)

Nice to Have

Experience with other cloud platforms (GCP/Azure)

Familiarity with MLOps / model deployment pipelines

Exposure to prompt engineering or working with LLM APIs

Experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma) and retrieval-based systems
