AI Developer & Power BI Analytics Specialist

Position Summary

We are seeking an AI Developer & Power BI Analytics Specialist with experience in Generative AI, AI Agents, and business intelligence. This role will develop AI and analytics solutions that improve productivity, automate business processes, and support data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop AI solutions, AI Agents, and automation tools to support business operations.
• Design and develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Power BI.
• Develop effective prompts for Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, ChatGPT, and other AI platforms.
• Build and maintain AI Agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio or related tools.
• Integrate data from SQL Server, BigQuery, Data Warehouses, SharePoint, and APIs.
• Design data models and develop DAX formulas for business analysis.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into practical AI and analytics solutions.
• Develop use cases for AI transformation and process automation.
• Support business users in adopting AI to improve productivity and decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Approximately 1–3 years of experience using Generative AI.
• Good understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Prompt Engineering.
• Experience with AI platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Gemini, ChatGPT, or Claude.
• Strong experience developing Power BI dashboards, data models, and DAX formulas.
• Ability to design KPI and executive dashboards.
• Good understanding of data visualization and dashboard user experience.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Understanding of databases, data warehouses, APIs, and data integration.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Power Automate, or Power Apps.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business communication skills.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly, collaborate effectively, and manage multiple projects.
