About the role

Direct and enhance the potential of Chatbot and AI Recommendation System through Intent, Knowledge Base and Golden Script in alignment with business strategy. Oversee AI training and retraining. Manage AI Governance covering Prompt, Decision Logic, Compliance and Monitoring to Deployment cycle for continuous development. Design and develop AI Workflow, Integration and Automation with related systems to support production-level implementation. Control technical quality of AI Solution covering Performance, Accuracy, Stability and Scalability.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and enhance Chatbot and AI Recommendation System through Intent, Knowledge Base and Golden Script aligned with business strategy
• Oversee AI training and retraining
• Manage AI Governance covering Prompt, Decision Logic, Compliance and Monitoring to Deployment cycle
• Design and develop AI Workflow, Integration and Automation with related systems
• Control technical quality of AI Solution covering Performance, Accuracy, Stability and Scalability

About you

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Skill in designing Prompt, Response Template, Decision Logic and Conversation Flow
• Skill in analysing data from Chat Logs, Voice Transcripts and QA Results
• Ability to translate Business Requirement into AI Logic and Knowledge Structure
• Communication skills and ability to work with multiple departments (Business, IT, Vendor, Compliance)
