Duties

• Develop, train, and optimize AI models using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and other machine learning tools to solve complex problems across various domains.
• Implement natural language processing (NLP) techniques to enable intelligent language understanding and generation capabilities.
• Design and manage large-scale data pipelines utilizing ETL processes, Hadoop, Spark, Talend, and SQL databases to prepare data for analysis and modeling.
• Apply statistical modeling and analysis tools like R and SAS for research purposes, ensuring robust model evaluation and validation.
• Deploy AI models into production environments using cloud-based machine learning services on AWS or similar platforms, ensuring scalability and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems, focusing on model deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
• Conduct predictive modeling analysis and data mining to uncover insights that inform strategic decision-making.
• Utilize big data systems such as Hadoop and Spark implementation to handle vast datasets efficiently while maintaining high performance.
• Explore generative AI techniques for innovative content creation and advanced data synthesis applications.
• Maintain thorough documentation of algorithms, processes, and system architectures to support ongoing development efforts.

Experience

• Proven experience in developing AI models with a strong background in machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Hands-on expertise with big data systems including Hadoop, Spark, and related tools like Talend for data integration.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C, Bash (Unix shell), VBA, with experience in SQL databases for data management.
• Demonstrated knowledge of cloud services specializing in machine learning deployment on AWS or comparable platforms.
• Strong understanding of statistical analysis tools like R or SAS for research-driven insights and model validation.
• Experience working with natural language processing (NLP), predictive modeling analysis, and generative AI techniques.
• Familiarity with database design principles and scalable data mining strategies for large datasets.
• Ability to implement scalable AI solutions within big data environments while ensuring robustness through model evaluation techniques.
• Knowledge of quantum engineering concepts is a plus but not mandatory; a passion for emerging technologies is highly valued.

Pay: $40.00 - $60.00 per hour
